Elp Concierge wanted to develop their business and take on new clients. They approached Xpand Marketing with a request for us to create a 12 month marketing strategy to help them develop to the next phase of growth.

The Outcome:

After an initial meeting to obtain all the relevant information on the business, we were able to create a strategic marketing plan that outlined 5 years of objectives, competitor research, an outline of target markets to approach, in depth information on recommended routes to market and a timed plan of action.

After a thorough briefing on the document, the Elp Concierge team were able to use the marketing plan as a document for their continuous growth. Since creation of the original strategy, Elp Concierge have continued to liaise with the Xpand Marketing strategy consultant for advice on ways of approaching new opportunities such as developing services in new markets and marketing literature content.

Elp Concierge has increased turnover by 40% as a direct result of working with Xpand Marketing.
